Southern Water is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Team at Southern Water, building on the capabilities of our existing team and setting us up to deliver on an exciting and transformative programme of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key business decisions.
As a Business Analyst, you will be gathering and understanding the business needs of the organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives within their business domain. You will work with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Business Partner Managers, IT/business teams and other business analysts, to capture requirements and accurately translate into solutions and system implementations as well as optimising business processes.
