Overview

Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a technology consultancy that delivers meaningful digital solutions for clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. In this role you will help shape and embed the foundations of a new Business Analysis function within the organisation. The focus is on strong personal and professional skills alongside BA expertise. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to gather and translate requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure that solutions deliver real value.

What you will do

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into clear user stories and backlogs
• Work on projects involving Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, understanding capabilities and limitations
• Support customers with process re-engineering to improve effectiveness
• Produce clear documentation, process models and data flows
• Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to keep delivery on track
• Act as subject matter expert for customer requirements and challenge where needed to drive value
