You’ll help turn bold ideas into practical solutions, working at the heart of an ambitious programme that champions innovation and collaboration.

You will join our Families First Partnership Programme, a major national reform initiative transforming how children and families are supported. The programme introduces a whole-system, a children-centred approach across social care, health, education and policing, with a strong focus on early help and multi-agency collaboration.

Your role will be essential to the success of the families first partnership programme, where you will be analysing complex, multi-agency processes and systems, identifying duplication and gaps, and designing streamlined workflows that enable collaboration. By producing clear requirements and impact assessments, you will ensure reforms deliver measurable benefits, improve efficiency, and enhance outcomes for children and families.

You will deliver:

  • Detailed analysis of current workflow and systems across multiple agencies.
  • Recommendations and solutions that streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Business requirements documentation and process maps to support system development changes.
  • Change impact assessments and benefits realisation plans to evidence improvements.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and tools that enable better outcomes for children and families.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you can:

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using recognised techniques (e.g. process mapping, data modelling).
  • Gather and translate requirements into clear specifications and actionable plans.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across social care, health, education, police and voluntary sectors.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes across systems, people and processes.
