Business Analyst | Leeds (Hybrid) | £40,000 - £45,000

If Excel dashboards were a martial art, this role would be black belt level.

The business is growing fast. Three new sites are being added. A recent acquisition by an international group has kicked things into gear. Reporting isn't keeping up. Time to bring in someone who can build a suite that actually helps people make decisions.

This is a role for someone who lives in the data. Someone who can take the numbers, trends, and revenue streams and turn them into something that makes sense. Something that drives decisions. Something that actually helps.

This position sits in the finance team, but it's not just about finance. It's half financial analysis, half wider business reporting - and all about turning numbers into insight.

Sage is the current system. It does the basics. But there's appetite (and budget) to move into Power BI and build something smarter. Something that helps the CEO, CFO, and FC make better decisions, faster.

This isn't a stepping stone to becoming a qualified accountant. It's for someone who wants to own reporting, drive insight, and make a real impact.
