About the Role:
  • Provide expert business analysis to support a data‑driven approach to improving processes and systems for staff and students
  • Lead business process reviews, using appropriate mapping tools and techniques to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify, develop and recommend change initiatives that improve efficiency, including opportunities for system automation
  • Work with stakeholders and systems developers to gather comprehensive business requirements, defining data flows and system integrations
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Hartpury community to design innovative, sustainable process and system improvements
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to capture insights and shape effective organisational change solutions
About You:
  • You will have Business analysis or process design qualifications (e.g. BCS, IIBA, ISEB, LEAN six sigma, ITIL, relevant degree) or relevant professional experience
  • Experience of managing and delivering complex and varied projects (such as process improvement or software development implementations)
  • Ability to support development of business processes with digital systems including gathering comprehensive requirements and understanding data flows and integrations
  • Demonstrable ability to present complex data using appropriate visualisation tools and use effective presentation skills to provide key insights
  • You will be comfortable working flexibly, to a high degree of accuracy and within tight deadlines.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
