A global technology transformation partner is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate within Agile Scrum teams. The role involves requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work environment. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in Agile methodologies using tools like JIRA, are essential for success in this role. As a Business Analyst, you work as part of an Agile Scrum team, responsible for understanding user needs, working closely with our business partners, translating problems or requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria. Business Analysts are customer focused and build collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships, supporting their scrum teams to achieve goals. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills are core to effective business analysis. You’ll contribute to end-to-end solutions, help define practices, standards and ways of working, and apply them to your role. This is a hybrid role with work locations blending Company offices, client sites and home, with the expectation that you will not work 100% from home.

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks are required. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, though if you have resided outside the UK in the last 3 years, further checks may be required. Additional BPSS criteria and questions about eligibility may be asked during recruitment. Security Clearance (SC) is desirable for this role.
