As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements. You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and support solution design, development, and implementation. You will also assist with acceptance criteria definition, user acceptance testing, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

The Person

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within IT or technology services
• Proven experience delivering business analysis for complex IT projects
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience producing business analysis documentation, process maps, and user stories
• Ability to identify and manage requirements-related risks and issues
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments

Desirable

• Business analysis certification (IIBA, BCS, or equivalent)
• Experience with enterprise software implementations
• Familiarity with regulated or public-sector environments

Additional Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain relevant security clearance
• Willingness to work from a mix of office, home, and customer sites as required
