.My client, a leading law firm with a forward-thinking approach to digital transformation, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Business Transformation & Innovation team within IT on a permanent basis. This role would be hybrid from their Bath office and, because they are open to either Junior BA's with a willingness to learn, Technical BA's or BA's looking to expand their technical knowledge, the salary is dependant on experience.

These roles offer the opportunity to work at the intersection of legal expertise and emerging technologies, delivering high-impact projects that enhance legal practice through smarter, tech-driven solutions.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying process improvements, trialling and implementing innovative tech solutions (from document automation to AI), and translating business needs into functional outcomes. You'll work closely with legal teams and other business services to deliver tangible value through transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes

  • Identify and develop solutions to enhance workflows and drive efficiency

  • Support project delivery, including testing, documentation, and rollout

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Own and manage legal tech products, becoming a go-to expert
