Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who will work to the Outpatients and Associated Services Management Team providing a comprehensive business and administrative service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, and fully supporting those meetings
  • Maintain diary management
  • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Support administrative activities for the Outpatients and Associated Services Management Team
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent track record in coordinating meetings and minute-taking
  • Solid background in diary management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of DATIX would be desirable
