Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction materials is a must.
• Experience in contract administration, particularly with JCT forms.
• Confident in report writing, particularly condition and defect reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply for planning and building regulations approval.
• Manage project inspections and complete reports diligently.
• Assist Senior Surveyors with contract administration duties.

Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of materials and construction types

Experience in writing specifications and schedules of works

Detailed knowledge as a contract administrator

Understanding of planning and building regulations

Site inspection experience

Confident in attending progress meetings

Ability to produce feasibility and defect reports

Experience in party wall services

Full UK Driving Licence
