Overview

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Lancashire.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional and technical advice to head teachers and premises managers across diverse educational and operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering minor building projects and coordinating reactive repairs using established framework contractors within a designated geographical area.
• Act as the first point of contact for our clients and provide sound professional advice on all property related matters.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations for this customer focused role.
• Coordinate all contract work from inception to completion, advising on statutory requirements including Planning, Building Control, Asbestos and Fire Safety to assist clients in fulfilling their Premises Management responsibilities.
• Provide advice on priorities for planned programmes of work and respond to urgent reactive maintenance requirements.

Contract and Conditions

Pay £35.00 per hour - 40hrs per week
