We're currently recruiting an experienced Building Surveyor on behalf of our client to deliver a solutions-focused surveying service.

  • Repairs & Voids: Procure and manage repairs and void works. Prepare specifications, obtain quotations or tenders, and compile detailed estimates and data for Section 20 consultations and invoicing.

  • Emergency Response: Attend site when necessary for urgent issues (e.g., forced entry to trace and remedy leaks with contractors).

  • Resident Consultation: Assist in resident consultations for Section 20-related works and service charges. Record follow-up actions and ensure feedback is captured and considered.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and post-inspections to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in full compliance with relevant legislation. Address any substandard works promptly.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across maintenance and operations to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of works, maintaining strong communication with both customers and internal teams.

This is a great opportunity if you're looking to build on your existing surveying experience within a supportive team. You'll benefit from knowledgeable management committed to your development, and a competitive hourly rate.
