Qualifications

  • Working towards MRICS / MCIOB qualification.

Responsibilities

Building Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor – Leeds (Thorpe Park)

I'm representing a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor (Chartered or working towards) to their growing team in Leeds. This role offers a mix of project and professional work across public and private sectors, from education and healthcare to infrastructure and local government.

The Role :
  • Deliver a full range of building surveying and project management services.
  • Manage refurbishment and extension projects (typically up to £1m).
  • Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare reports / specifications.
  • Administer contracts and liaise with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Support business development and client relationship management.
About You :
  • Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or similar).
  • MRICS / MCIOB (or working towards).
  • Strong technical and client-facing experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience a plus.
  • Familiar with JCT / NEC contracts and CDM regulations.
