An environmental charity is seeking a part-time Building Surveyor to work on diverse projects across South East England. You'll manage property condition surveys, advise on contracts, and support sustainable initiatives. The ideal candidate is a chartered RICS member with strong building maintenance experience. Hours: Part-time, 19 hours/week
Salary: £39,205.00 - £41,856.00 Per annum, pro rata

You’ll work closely with our Surveying Team (11 rural surveyors and 3 building surveyors) sharing knowledge and collaborating with a strong team ethos.
The RSPB manages 116 nature reserves across England, covering 64,000 hectares and a property portfolio of over 313 buildings-from ancient monuments to visitor centres. Your expertise will help us maintain and develop this estate, supporting our mission to create a world richer in nature.
