Qualifications

  • MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Experience within a construction-focused practice is ideal.

  • Support inexperienced Surveyors when necessary.

This is an opportunity for an ideally, qualified Building Surveyor, to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality properties.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will deliver surveys, report and a variety of professional building surveying services, to a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on residential properties, both private and public.

Your role, as a qualified Building Surveyor will be to run your projects autonomously and manage your workload accordingly, whilst supporting inexperienced Surveyors where necessary.

  • This role will suit a Building Surveyor who can hit the ground running on schemes, confidentially and who enjoys working to their own management.
  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
