Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a Building Surveyor to manage capital and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct building surveys. Ideal applicants will have experience in project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and relevant qualifications. This role offers a pay rate of £39.55 per hour for a contract duration of 6+ months with a standard work week of 37 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Work on capital and maintenance projects for Council buildings.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • HNC in Building Studies.
  • Accredited qualification in AutoCAD or similar.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Accredited qualification in Health and Safety.
