Building Surveyor - Bristol

Construction Consultancy | £30,000-£40,000 + Package

Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying services across a mix of project and professional work
• Work through all stages from initial surveys to project delivery and handover
• Liaise with clients, contractors and wider teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Bristol office and its project pipeline

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related field
• MRICS or working toward chartership with good progress underway
• Experience within a consultancy or client-side setting is preferred
• Comfortable with both project and professional services (e.g. dilapidations, party walls, schedules of condition)
• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-first approach
