Stock Condition Surveyor — Covering Bristol & Wiltshire | Hybrid working
Full-time | Permanent
£40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys, RdSAP energy assessments, and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections across the housing portfolio.
- Use mobile technology to collect and validate property data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the survey management team to interpret data and support strategic investment planning.
- Play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.
What We're Looking For / Requirements
- Proven experience conducting stock condition surveys in both occupied and void properties, including communal areas.
- Strong knowledge of RdSAP, HHSRS, and the Decent Homes Standard.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and mobile data capture tools.
- A track record of delivering excellent customer service in complex environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Experience working to deadlines and achieving targets independently and through team collaboration.
- A qualification such as HND/HNC in Building Studies or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
