The Building Services Engineering Supervisor reports to the Engineering Manager. This role has responsibility for the reliable and compliant operation of the site wide Building and Utility Services and equipment serving all areas of the European Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility at Hatfield. The main purpose of this role is to oversee the maintenance and repair activities of mechanical and electrical equipment within a pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Research facility. This includes managing a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, regulations, company procedures, and practices, and optimising maintenance processes.
