Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire site, including the building shell and grounds
  • Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
  • Address queries and issues using an electronic CAFM system
  • Lead by example to inspire team improvement
  • Implement and operate preventative maintenance programs
  • Develop your skills and those of your team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems
  • Experience with emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and compliance in large facilities
