Building Safety Lead needed in Warwick

The rate is £27.95ph PAYE

Role and responsibilities

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant fire and building safety legislation and regulations and provide advice and support to senior managers and operational teams. They will act as the point of contact for the Building Safety Regulator on High-Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs), reporting performance and promoting a culture of building and will assist the Strategic Assets Manager to deliver the overall operational objectives of building safety across the big 7.

They will be responsible and accountable for the creation and delivery of our building strategy in line with legislative and regulatory requirements and will provide assurance on compliance risks and support the development of a complex investment programme across our asset portfolio.
