Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, PRS, or a customer-focused hospitality role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer care.
  • IT savvy, confident using multiple systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • IRPM, ARLA or similar qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Qube, HubSpot, or Fixflo (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage void properties to minimise rental loss, overseeing viewings, lettings, renewals, and tenancy matters.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors to deliver high-quality estate services, repairs, and compliance works.
  • Carry out regular property inspections, ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee onsite staff, including rotas, training, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain full health & safety compliance across gas, electrical, fire safety and legionella requirements.
  • Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and ensure expenditure is well controlled.
