Job description

Overview

We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Spring & fall property cleans ups
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Maintain good working relationship with building owner/tenants

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields to include but not limited to:
  • HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Irrigation, Building Control & Security Systems
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Minor carpentry
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Light Interior Demolition
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Valid Driver License
• Reliable transportation

Must have good attitude and be able to effectively communicate with building owner, tenants, project managers, vendors and office staff.
