A leading facility management company in the UK is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications in HVAC or Electrical Engineering. This permanent full-time position offers a company van, generous annual leave, and excellent pension benefits.

Location: Warwickshire / Leamington Spa
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours
