• Previous experience as a Building Surveyor, Fabric Surveyor, or Estimator.
• Strong technical understanding of building fabric construction and common defects.
• Proficiency with estimating platforms or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys of building fabric elements and identify defects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating small to medium-scale building projects.
• Ensure all works meet UK Building Regulations and internal H&S procedures.
