Responsibilities

• Support the asset verification team by providing site surveying services.
• Conduct building fabric asset capture surveys and site verification of assets.
• Accurately record all relevant information during surveys.
• Carry out building-specific asset verification and condition analysis reporting.

Skills

Experience with building fabric asset capture surveys

Site verification and accurate recording of building assets

Building fabric condition analysis

Lifecycle and condition analysis reporting

Proficient in IT and digital reporting systems
