• Provide technical and regulatory advice to stakeholders.
• Handle statutory duties like street naming and property surveys.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.

Skills

Relevant qualification (HNC/HND, Degree) in a building-related discipline

Relevant experience as a Building Control Surveyor, Architect, Structural Engineer

Hold a full current driving license

Education

Degree in building-related discipline or corporate membership of professional body (RIBA, CABE, CIOB, RICS)
