About the Role

As the Building and Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our client's campus facilities and technical services are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for their students and staff. You will lead a dedicated team, working to enhance the student experience through effective management of campus premises, equipment, and health and safety standards.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement a Campus Estates Strategy in collaboration with the Campus Dean, including management of Opex and Capex projects.
• Lead and manage the Building and Technical Services team, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to support the student experience.
