Roles of a Regional Build Manager

• Oversee projects – Multiple projects from pre-start to completion
• Project programmes – Produce programmes for each project with the commercial team to complete a cost analysis, help procurement of materials and sub contractors
• Client relations – You serve as a key point of contact client interface reporting regular progress reports and building a strong working relationship.
• Team leadership – To develop the regional Contracts Manager and construction team
• Performance management – Set realistic objectives for your teams, evaluate their performance and encourage engagement and improvements
