At Inspire EHC, we are proud supporters of SEN schools throughout Hertfordshire and are looking for passionate British Sign Language (BSL) Specialists to join our team. This role supports communication and inclusion for the deaf community across our regional SEND and healthcare settings.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in British Sign Language (BSL)
  • BSL Level 2 or higher qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Commutable to various locations in Hertfordshire
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in social, educational, or health settings
  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Deaf cultural practices and community engagement
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to use technological aids or platforms for remote communication
