Qualifications

• Experience in Copper or FTTP installations.
• Ability to perform fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
• Experience in fibre splicing or copper jointing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Installing broadband services (Copper or FTTP).
• Testing and diagnostics for faults.
• Resolving customer faults and completing repairs.

Skills

Experience working on the Openreach network or similar telecom environments

Good understanding of broadband installation, testing and fault repair

Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads

Confidence working at heights and in the underground network

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Full UK manual driving licence
