Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-volume defect investigations.
• Ability to analyse stock data and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• At least five years' relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the surveying team by conducting various assessments.
• Produce technical reports and advice on building defects.
• Oversee third-party consultants when necessary.

Skills

Experience in producing survey reports

Knowledge of Housing Disrepair Law

Ability to diagnose property defects
