Qualifications

• Evidence of formal ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist nursing care to a patient caseload.
• Act as an autonomous practitioner, planning and implementing programmes of care.
• Deliver complex, sensitive information to patients and relatives.
• Offer specialist advice to manage complex symptoms.
• Demonstrate advanced communication skills to guide and support patients.
