Breakfast Supervisor – Samuels Restaurant

Full Time 40 hours per week

Up to £26,400 per annum, plus monthly TRONC

Live-in accommodation available (charges apply)

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

The Role
  • Engaging with guests and team members to meet and exceed their needs
  • Making sure the ambiance and standards of presentation within the restaurant, lounge areas and bar exceed expectations
  • Ensuring continuous learning and development for both yourself and the team
  • Identifying new ways to surprise customers and delivering the highest standard of service
  • Handling any customer complaints, fulfilling duty management shifts and ensuring any service recovery is completed to the guest’s satisfaction
  • Keeping up to date with the industry and market both locally and nationally
  • Proactively instilling the Swinton Estate values in every interaction with staff and guests alike
