The Story

Venture Beyond started as a performance marketing agency. Over £200M in tracked revenue. Thousands of creatives produced. Then we built our own brand. Derma Botanica. A premium science‑meets‑nature skincare brand.

And it took off. Fast.

We realised - We’re actually really good at building brands — not just scaling them.

Now we’re creating multiple e‑commerce brands. We need a designer to partner with the founder. From the first moodboard to the first £100k month.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the founder, shaping the aesthetic of every brand in our portfolio: skincare, beauty, wellness, and more.

Your responsibilities
Create High-End Visual Assets
  • Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Website product pages, banners and landing page visuals
  • Email graphics
  • Product packaging, inserts and printed promotional materials
  • Social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Production & Coordination
  • Collaborate with the internal team, external photographers, videographers, and creators to produce high‑quality visual assets.
  • Create clear, structured briefs that communicate exactly what we need — visually and stylistically.
  • Proactively source and evaluate new external creative partners when needed, ensuring we always work with the best people for each project.
  • Give feedback that sharpens the final output and keeps every asset aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Keep all files, assets, and creative libraries organised and easy to use.
  • Actively spot opportunities for new shoots, new raw assets, and new creative directions before anyone asks — and bring those ideas to the team.
Gen-AI Asset Creation
  • Use Midjourney, Flux LoRa, Nano Banana, Stable Diffusion to create branded assets using AI
  • Prompt until it’s perfect — not "good enough"
  • Fix imperfections in Photoshop or Nano Banana (alignment, spacing, shadows, cleanup, gen‑fill, colour correction)
Brand Consistency
  • Take our brand books and implement them across all consumer touchpoints
  • Maintain perfect colour grading, whitespace, rhythm, and tone across all creative
  • Deliver assets that feel premium, not rushed
  • Make strategic recommendations to strengthen and refine the brand book and visual guidelines, ensuring they accurately reflect who we are, align with our brand direction, and evolve with the brand.
What You’ll Need
  • A portfolio showing clean, premium, whitespace‑driven design
  • A genuine love for aesthetics — the kind of person who spots when something is 2px off
  • A strong sense of colour theory and visual hierarchy
  • High‑level user of Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator
  • Understanding of beauty/e‑commerce aesthetics
  • Basic copy instincts (simple, clean lines)
  • Comfortable using and learning Gen‑AI tools
