Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Brand Manager to join our team and make an impact across a portfolio of market-leading brands. You'll own the strategy and performance for Purdy, Geocel, and Thompsons in the trade sector, while also supporting Ronseal in the DIY space - one of the most trusted names in home improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape brand positioning, drive demand with trade professionals, and deliver insight-led marketing that strengthens equity and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Lead brand strategy for Purdy, Geocel, and Thompsons - from positioning to execution.
  • Support Ronseal initiatives in DIY, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade media, events, and in-branch.
  • Drive visibility and advocacy in merchant channels (e.g. Screwfix, Toolstation, independents).
  • Partner with sales, product, shopper, digital and external agencies to deliver cohesive brand activity.
  • Manage budgets and measure performance to maximize ROI.

Wokingham, Winnersh (Hybrid: 3 days on site / 2 days remote)
Reports to: Senior Brand Manager - Ronseal & Trade Brands
