Brand Manager

You will be responsible in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive growth and strengthen our brand. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, managing lead generation, brand development, and impactful product promotions. Working closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams, you’ll bring creativity and commercial insight to every project. This role includes managing one direct report and key external partners to support business success.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, based fully on-site with the starting salary of £40k per annum, dependent on experience.

The Main Duties Of The Role Are
  • To devise and implement a range of communications to drive awareness, engagement and sales leads, across a range of channels for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • To manage web presence to include current, accurate and relevant information on our products and services.
  • To manage the design and production of promotional materials such as web and social media content, email campaigns, product collateral and direct mail.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events, road shows and exhibitions, working closely with our Events Manager around venues, logistics and promotional materials.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports and work as an effective team member, contributing to the overall efforts of the department, including the coordination of work programmes for relevant colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Research and analyse market trends and competitors and propose appropriate actions.
To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Have
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant subject.
  • Excellent organisational, strategic and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in management within a demanding marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting and proofing skills.
  • Confidence in reporting ideas and findings to senior management and key stakeholders.

Previous experience managing budgets in a marketing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
