Shepherd's Bush (hybrid) | Reporting to: Global Marketing Manager

At Gü, we don't just make desserts — we build brands people truly love. We're now looking for a UK Brand Manager to lead the performance of our iconic range in the UK market and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, shopper and portfolio strategy across retail and online channels.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Category, Innovation and Marketing teams to deliver standout brand experiences and strong commercial results.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning UK brand and shopper activation across in‑store and online channels
  • Leading NPD & EPD launches, including packaging design, 360 campaign development and post‑launch reviews
  • Supporting the delivery and creation of the annual brand plans
  • Leading our Online Shopper growth agenda from strategy to evaluation
  • Leading retailer sell‑ins in partnership with Sales and Category teams
  • Managing packaging projects, from artwork development to delivery
  • Optimising the UK product portfolio, spotting growth opportunities through insight and data
  • Tracking competitors, category and shopper trends — and turning insight into action
  • Managing and tracking UK marketing spend, ensuring investment delivers results
