Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of woven textiles, ideally in woollen, worsted or cashmere.
  • Experience in manage client accounts, customer service or sales.
  • Hands-on experience in design-led teams.

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Brand Manager to join a global manufacturer based in West Yorkshire.

This business oozes British heritage, producing beautiful woollen, worsted and cashmere fabrics for some of the world's most iconic fashion houses.

As Brand Manager, you'll carry that reputation with confidence and pride. You'll tell their story through fabric, helping luxury brands bring their creative visions to life and championing the next chapter of British textiles on a global stage.

About You
  • You've got sound knowledge of woven textiles, ideally woollen, worsted or cashmere manufacturing and the end-process
  • You've got a proven track record in account management/customer service/sales
  • Hands‑on experience of working within textile design or a design‑led team
  • Confident working with high‑end clients who expect exceptional service
  • Can balance creativity with commercial thinking
  • You have a huge passion for fabrics: colour, texture, weave and craftsmanship
  • A story teller - you love talking about the heritage and value behind every product
  • You're professional, personable and calm under pressure
  • You're based in West Yorkshire (or commutable) and happy to travel globally

About the Role
  • You'll be the face of the brand for luxury clients across the globe
  • Protect and elevate a brand built on decades of British craftsmanship
  • Working with the Brand Director, helping to guide fabric choices, colour stories and seasonal direction with iconic fashion houses
  • Nurturing and growing key accounts and high-profile collaborations
  • You'll travel around 20% of your time to meet with clients face to face in London, Paris, Milan and New York
  • The rest of your time will be on‑site in West Yorkshire, close to design, production and the wider team
