Brand & External Comms - Strategic Project Co-ordinator (12-month FTC)

Location: Angel Court, London
Work style: Hybrid – 2‑3 days per week in the office
Contract: Fixed‑term, 12 months
Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
  • Stakeholder Preparation & Support
    • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations and action logs for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
    • Coordinate identified projects – identify milestones and risks, provide timely updates and actionable recommendations to ensure delivery on scope and schedule.
  • Team Engagement & Community Building
    • Design and deliver internal team events and initiatives that strengthen collaboration and culture.
    • Build and maintain a high‑performing community and encourage engagement across brand and communications colleagues worldwide.
    • Act as a key point of contact for team culture and engagement activities.
  • Support and Champion the Profile of the Brand & External Communications Teams
    • Research opportunities to raise the profile of Bupa and the Brand and External Communications work.
    • Support the preparation for relevant awards, panel sessions, conferences and media interviews that raise the profile of Bupa and the Brand and Communications function.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in project management, communications or business operations within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare clear, compelling materials – in particular in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Curious, proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Operates independently within defined parameters, collaborating with internal teams to deliver assigned initiatives.
