Job summary

A leading automotive parts distributor in the UK is seeking a dedicated trainer to support frontline Branch staff across the Bristol region. The ideal candidate will provide training on operational processes, ensure compliance, and lead efforts to enhance inventory management. This role demands strong operational experience and excellent communication skills. Flexibility for travel and a clean driving license are also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site operations is ideal.
• Ability to work well under own initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of Autopart.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on Operational processes to new starters.
• Maintain Operational Training plans for branches.
• Offer training on Cash Banking processes.
• Support completion of Audits and Health Checks.
• Drive branches for process completion.
