Purpose of the Role - Branch Manager

To develop a team and business capable of (and dedicated to) leading the market.

To present Bradleys in a professional manner, endeavouring to maximise sales and referrals of the complete range of Company activities and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Maximise the overall income and profitability of the business
  • Train, manage a lead your own team
  • Maintain regular contact with our clients
  • Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner
  • Take a proactive interest in the overall success of our businessSetting measurable targets and benchmarks for the team to enhance branch performance from both a customer and financial / cross-selling perspective
About you
  • An experienced Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Valuer who is ready for the next step
  • Preferably with previous successful valuation experience
  • Able to manage motivate and lead a successful team
  • Show a proven track record in generating new business
  • Reflect our core company values
