Job Title : Branch Administrator

Location : Stone

Salary : Competitive

Hours : 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised Branch Administrator to join our busy team in Stone. This is a pivotal role where you will provide vital support to the Branch and Sales Managers, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the site.

The role is varied and fast-paced, making it ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities. You will be a key part of a friendly and hard-working team, contributing to excellent service delivery and branch efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
  • Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
  • Carry out daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office as required
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases
  • Support the sales team with events and trade shows
  • Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination across the branch
  • Deliver consistently professional and customer-focused service

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical
