Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Architecture, construction, or engineering industry background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable entries and accounts receivable cash receipts.
• Set up and update projects within the ERP system.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll and AP/subcontractor review.
• Generate AR reports and assist with monthly billing.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support year-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial reviews.
