As part of our rapid expansion, Our IT department is growing along with us. We are now looking for a System Support technician who is seeking an opportunity to join our ranks and support with the heart of our business.
As Systems support technician you will provide day‑to‑day operational support for Lane7’s core business systems, including the booking system, EPOS and other third‑party operational platforms.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate system configuration, supporting venue and operational requests, and ensuring systems are kept up to date and functioning as expected. The role works closely with the Business Systems Administrator to resolve issues, implement fixes, and support ongoing system improvements.
