A conservation organization is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Booking Office at the Giant’s Causeway. This role involves managing visitor enquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring records are maintained accurately. We're looking for someone with relevant office experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in travel and tourism. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and various benefits, including a substantial pension scheme and flexible working options.
Contract: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: 1664 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. This role is predominantly based at the Giant’s Causeway, but you may be required to work at other National Trust sites. Working pattern includes 3-5 shifts per week (usually 8.30am to 5.00pm) and includes working 2 weekends a month.
Salary: £12.75 per hour

This is an operational role based in a small office at the Giant’s Causeway.
This role includes administration, sales and communications. You will support the Booking and Sales Co-ordinator in a busy office environment. Working within the appropriate National Trust procedures in a discrete and confidential manner you will support the effective operation of the Booking Office and enable it to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include answering visitor enquiries (phone and email), processing group booking enquiries, forward planning, reporting, invoicing, and analysing client activity.
