A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to manage a workshop in the Christchurch area. Responsibilities include allocating tasks to technicians, ensuring high standards of administration, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Bodyshop Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive accident repair centre in the Newport area.

Duties
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop.
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard.

  • Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians.
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work.
Requirements
  • Have a previous working experience within a similar role.
  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • A full and valid UK Driving License.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop.

Hours of work for this Bodyshop Workshop Controller role is a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday.
