Overview
  • Position: Body Shop Manager
  • Salary: £40,000 (£60,000 OTE)
  • Location: Eastbourne
  • Hours: 42 hours a week, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota

Are you a commercially minded leader with a passion for automotive excellence? My client has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Bodyshop Manager to take charge of its repairs centre specialising in light damage repairs from scuffs and dents to paint chips and alloy wheel refurbishment.

What you’ll do
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled team

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
