A leading automotive retailer in Birmingham is seeking a Parts Driver to join their team. In this full-time role, you will collect and deliver parts while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a driver role and possess strong organisational and navigational skills. Sytner Solihull is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Parts Driver to join our fantastic team. As a Parts Driver you will collect and deliver parts while providing friendly and attentive service at all times. You will advise customers of estimated arrival times via telephone, contact them with updates and offer a warm, professional welcome on arrival. You will ensure that we provide the highest possible levels of customer service, building a genuine rapport with customers even when they are not visiting our showroom. This is a full‑time role that typically includes weekends to maintain our high level of service.
Ideally you will have previous experience with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry, although this is not essential. You should have excellent attention to detail, checking each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving and identifying any blemishes or damage. Organisation skills are paramount, as you will plan multiple drops efficiently. Knowledge of the local area and excellent navigational skills will be beneficial. Candidates must have previous experience in a driver role as a minimum requirement.
