Overview

BMS Sales Manager – South East & London

The directors want to speak to applicants that want to be part of company growth and in turn will be rewarded for their efforts and contribution. The BMS Sales Manager opportunity is for candidates who want to maximise on their earnings and be part of this authentic company\'s journey.

Responsibilities
  • Current sales and business development experience within the BMS industry would be a must for this opportunity; the role involves targeting new customers including FM\'s, end users & general commercial buildings and developing and adding new customers to their portfolio.
  • The BMS Sales Manager will be a key figure in the sales process with a degree of autonomy, supported by a collaborative office team. A proven background of winning new business and securing accounts is essential.
  • Seek out BMS service contracts, retrofits, new installs and optimisation solutions.
  • Discuss technical solutions with clients; the business partner uses a Cloud-based system focused on building optimisation. An advantage for this role would be familiarity with Trend & Tridium products.
